You must submit valid credit card information that will be used to secure your first nights stay. Rooms will not be held without this information. In some cases the credit card may be charged immediately for a deposit at certain hotels, please refer to your confirmation letter for those particular hotels and their deposit and cancellation policies.

Complete cancellations can be made without penalty prior to May 17, 2010. After May 17th, cancellations that exceed 10%, or 4 rooms, of your room block, could result in a charge to your credit card equal to one night's stay for each cancelled room. (If the tournament exceeds capacity and the team is denied entrance, there will be no penalty for cancellations of rooms.) Complete cancellation penalities can be viewed on our Hotel FAQs page.

A complete rooming list is required WITHIN 7 DAYS of your room request, or BY May 17th at the latest. It may be emailed to USAB2010@concordetm.com. The list may be submitted in the body of the email, or in a MS Word or MS Excel file attachment to the email, or you may fax your list to (602) 391-2345 NO LATER THAN May 17, 2010.
